How much of the Denver controversy will be revisited on tonight's episode of RAW? And what do they have in store with six days leading into TLC between Sheamus and Cena?

Don't mind my ignorance but what Denver controversy?
It is by the goodness of God that in our country we have those three unspeakably precious things: freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and the prudence never to practice either.~ Mark Twain

This guy seems pretty cool!

Good show so far, and with Bourne/Primo vs Legacy it's getting beter. Hope they can beat Legacy.

I've got his sneaky suspicion that this show will explode by the end of the night.

I don't know which host is douchier; Dennis Miller who sometime ago called Americans retarded for watching professional wrestling over Monday Night Football when he was announcing or the idiot from Napoleon Dynamite. Either way, we've got at least two shows whose hosts I'm not looking forward to in the coming month.

Well the Legacy/jobbers match was a waste but I think it served it's purpose to move the night along without stupid sketches.

The good thing about Miller is that he'll mesh well with next weeks awards format.

WHAT THE **** IS THIS?
Are they trying to convey to us how big and bad Sheamus is as a competitor? Going back to the battle royale, I forgot about how little he did in the match up. I still don't buy this contest at all.

Those closing moments were enough to make me want to buy this PPV. It's not happening but I do want to watch Cena take Sheamus down.

I feel like the only guy that likes Sheamus in this spot. I briefly stopped to observe that it could have happen with him later or somebody else sooner, but now I've accepted it and I'm glad to see it.
He doesn't win on Sunday, although I must speculate that Cena drops it by No Way Out if he does indeed face Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
Oh, and after TLC...seven weeks until the Rumble, which is the longest stretch between PPV's in quite a long time. Plenty of time to build.

I don't hate Sheamus. I just don't think he's had matches big enough to naturally progress to this big match scenario. His biggest competitor to date has been Finley and he's on the lower mid card of SmackDown! He barely did much of anything in the battle royale and his claim to fame is being the man to put Jamie Noble out of in-ring action. BIG WHOOP!
Ashaman, you remarked your amazement that people are complaining about seeing Sheamus in the main event when at the same time, they're also complaining about the same people in the main event. I'm not complaining about management giving someone new an opportunity, I just disagree that they're pushing a guy who is still way too green and unproven when they've got guys like Swagger, Miz, DiBiase, Kofi, etc. who've got their foot in the door longer than this guy but he's gotten in because they see big potential and unrelated (or maybe it is?), he happens to be Hunter's workout buddy.
Kofi could have been in this main event and still been in a program with Randy Orton. Stuff like this has happened in the past and it's been a topic of discussion on the WZ forums.
It's just that Sheamus' progression doesn't make sense and it's backstage politics. I haven't complained up until now about things but this is the first time where I hate that because he's big and he's one of the guys in the inner circle he's up front for his time to shine.

Good quality win for the Miz. They're doing a great job of building Sheamus, Miz, and Kofi, while making top stars like Orton, Cena, and DX look very vulnerable.
And like I've said before, you don't want to waste Kofi's first title shot on a hot shot face vs face match while he's involved with another program. A face always gets over better working with a heel than a face, and a match with Cena would just be a distraction. They've done such an incredible job of building Kofi that taking a loss in his first title match would be a huge blow. Cena vs Kofi as this point would have been a terrible idea and I'm very glad they didn't go that way.
And since when is using the idiots at the WZ forums evidence that something would be a GOOD idea?

Good booking for Miz to learn from last weeks mistake and win 100% clean.
Really getting sick of Hornswoggle though.
Is it funny or sad that you can legitimately take the Carlito promo about Cena, insert Hornswoggles name instead, and it still works?

I missed the first segment of RAW so I didn't get to see Carlito/Cena. Hopefully, with being on two weeks in a row, that means Carlito's coming back. I read a few reports that the reason he was kept off TV wasn't because of a lack of ideas by creative or because of his attitude, but because they were trying to keep something bad quiet. No idea what that could mean, but at least he's back on TV.

He taped a match with MVP for superstars.
I would like to say that Eve Torres is a beautiful woman. IMO the best looking diva on the WWE roster.
I enjoyed attending this show, however I hate that I went to the show knowing not to expect anything special. I would've loved to have been able to go to a Raw that had one of those moments that was just special to be there for. I wasn't very interested by the show at all, however I was completely in awe of watching the guys work to make TV. Chris Jericho is not only a ring general but he knows how to make good tv. While making his entrance he saw that the section of fans right behind Cole and Lawler had tons of Jericho sucks signs and made the camera man change his position in order to get the signs in the picture right behind him for his promo.

I'm definitely on the Eve Torres bandwagon, but still a bigger Maryse fan
That's weird. I read that he came back from an injury the same week as Maryse
It's only since then, like in the last two weeks, that these reports of "something bad being kept quiet," have begun to surface.

Was there talk of him being bad? I think he was fine. Definitely much, much, MUCH better than Jeff Hardy ever was. And I was shocked at how slim he was in that segment. Very skinny legs.

That was apparently the reason he was de-pushed back when he and Jeff Hardy had the most amazing Intercontinental Title program in YEARS on Raw.

Morrison is a great Talent and hopefullyw ill make it big in the future. The guy has a strong charisma and is decent in the ring. I wasn't big on him during the MNM timeperoid, but now he's really comming onto his own.

I was definitely a big critic of Morrison's mic skills. In fact, if any of you remember, I was pretty low on the guy until he started teaming up with Miz. I felt Miz gave Morrison a personality, and Morrison gave Miz better in ring presence and ring ability. I didn't see this week's promo, but from what I've seen lately I still wouldn't call him good on the mic. Maybe not bad, but it definitely isn't his strongest attribute.
