I hate that I'm posting this but the end of the trailer got me excited and not in the way that is driving me to opening night. And True Blood is where my loyalties lie with the Vampire genre.

I've officially lost my dignity.

yeah. you really have.
And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears.
And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.

Hey, I'm going to see this for the plethora of half-naked guys

I lost my dignity the minute I picked up the books anyway.

As for the trailer... I have to wait until I get home to working speakers to watch it. Don't ask.

It's not like they were all that realistic in the book

As for the trailer... better than expected for me. This was my least favorite book in the series until Breaking Dawn came out, so I've been pretty "meh" about the movie, anyway. I'm not looking forward to a good hour or so of Bella moping and whining before indulging in even more moping.

Meyer's writing aability aside-- it's a book. Everything is described with words. It's like saying the TREES weren't very realistic in the book. I was just confused by what you meant.

I meant they were supposed to be like 11ft tall monsters. Like super wolves. So, I expected ridiculous wolves on screen. Kinda like how I expected Edward's sparkles to look really disco-tacular.

wow. was that werewolf a cartoon? Sure looked like it! Still don't see the appeal of this series AT ALL.

Damn, didn't the last one just come out a few months ago? They must have immediately started filming this one as soon as the last one wrapped.

Naw, it was still filming not too long ago (there was something in the tabloids about egos on the sets) and the first one came out over six months ago.

Looks good, I did enjoy the first one for waht it was. I am looking forward to the wolves being in this one. I will probably watch it on DVD like I did the first as not to listen to screaming girls.

It is being filmed in my area so I see many news briefs in the paper I read. I think they are finished here and are in Europe now. Cameron Bright, who was born in my city is in it. He was the cure kid of X-Men 3

Yeah, Facebook is full of pictures of the key Italian scenes, so they must be in Italy now.

And the werewolf guy in the trailer is from my neck of the woods, actually. It's kind of funny how many friends of friends of acquantiances you end up knowing when a local person becomes a celebrity

For guys who turn into wolves, they sure are shiny and smooth.

Is it just me, or does the guy in front's head not match the bod? Maybe I just need new glasses!

Anyway, the men in these movies are just too pretty, smooth, and hairless to me. I like rough and scruffy dammitt!! Then again, I'm not the audience they're trying to appeal to...

Considering vampires in this universe "sparkle" or some ****, is it safe to assume that the werewolves are herbivores?

I find both these books and movies stupid, but I won't be the one to ridicule its fans in their obsessiveness. God knows I have mine.
