Alrighty, you know how the game works, whoever answers correctly poses the next question.

What is the northernmost United State second only to Alaska?
A scoundrel plots evil, and his words are like a scorching fire. A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends. A violent man entices his neighbor, and leads him down a path that is not good.

The answer is NOT Maine nor Washington. Try again. :)

BTW, the highest elevation in the US is Mt McKinley in Alaska.

The northernmost point in Minnesota is roughly 49.36 degrees north latitude. Maine's northernmost point is about 47.44 degrees north latitude. This translates to Minnesota being a little over 2 miles more north than Maine.

Amazing, it truly doesn't look like that on the map. :)

Northern point: Minnesota
Capitol of Maryland: Annapolis
Highest elevation: Mt. McKinley, Alaska
Original capitol of Oklahoma: Who cares? But seriously, I'd have to say Ft. Sill.

While we're on former capitols, can anyone name the original capitol of California? (Then again, can anyone name the CURRENT capitol.)

Sacramento, yes, but both Kwan and Arska are wrong on the original. Try again.
