This is the final season of ER. Some of the past stars of the show are confermed to make guest apperances. I will put what I know in SPoiler tags just in case you don't know.

Offers have been made for many of the former stars to return including George Cloony and Julianna Margulies to return for the finale.


Now then, how will it finally end? Should a bomb go off and distroy the hospital, should things go off status que, Should the hospital get shut down, or could this be in the imagination of a kid?

Egads, ER is still running? I watched it faithfully for the first few seasons, but then gave it up. Just goes to show how much regular tv I watch.

Me too, when it first started I watched for the first few seasons, then kinda drifted off and would watch semi-regularly, and then pretty much left for good once Anthony Edwards left and most of the main cast was gone. Being some old cast members are going to be returning in some capacity for the final year, I'll be keeping my eye out though. In any case though, after such a long run I'd just end it tastefully. Close down the hospital, or something like that. No big disaster, and for god's sake no autistic child's fantasy.

I was watching TV the other day and a commercial for ER came on. Dude, when did Uncle Jesse get on ER?

Yeah, I quite watching when the original cast started going their own way. I did tune in when Anthony Edwards left, then promptly ignored the show. I don't think I will tune in for the final season, though I agree with Jason that they should do it tastefully.

Ive been watching off and on for years, and I dont like what they did in the final season premeire. He was my favorite doctor But other then that, the show has been great.
